The villa Berio is located in a residential area close to Antiguo, 2 km from the Ondarreta beach and 4 km from the center of San Sebastian. There are buses every fifteen minutes from almost directly opposite the villa.

The villa has two beautiful terraces, both of them spacious with unobstructed open views of the countryside and the surrounding mountains.
With a capacity for eight people, it has four bedrooms and four bathrooms spread over three floors. This elegant and expansive villa is built from quality materials with wood featured throughout and fine furniture.
On the first floor we find an open layout, it has a beautiful hall, a large living room which opens onto a lovely terrace with tables and chairs for pleasant lunches.
The kitchen and a bathroom are also located on this first floor.
The second floor has four bedrooms, three of which have two single beds of 90 cm. each and the third is a bedroom with a beautiful double bed, en suite bathroom, with a comfortable bathtub.
This floor has a second bathroom that services the other three bedrooms.
The whole house is exterior facing.
The kitchen has all the appliances you may need, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator….
Utensils such as blender, juicer, Nesspreso coffee maker, and toaster, all making you feel at home.
Pots and pans, dishes and cutlery are ready and available for the moment you arrive.
Bed linen and towels are included.
